DJ Headquarters is an Australian based retailer of the DJ equipment and lighting equipment presented on this website. Our website is open to the general adult public. This is our business to customer website, and it is not intended for use by minors. As such, children are NOT permitted on the website. It's the parent's responsibility to see that children do NOT surf this website, supervise their children properly, and utilize software to prevent their children from viewing unacceptable content. We will not be accountable for the parents failure to supervise their children's internet activities.

DJ Headquarters values the privacy and security of all customers and does not utilize pop-up or pop-under technology anywhere on this website. Should you encounter a pop-up or pop-under it has followed you by delayed programing from a recently visited other website.

DJ Headquarters will comply with all local, state, federal and international police orders regarding an investigation of our customers.

Anti-Spam

DJ Headquarters is a spam free business. We do NOT do mass mailings, and only reply to emails sent to us with product or service queries. Your order information is not given, traded, sold, or otherwise transfered to any other individual, or company, including but not limited to mailing list generators.

Guarantee and Refunds

We offer all of our customers a 14 day money-back guarentee or exchange on all items that are faulty, non-working or do not meet their intended purpose. We are happy to act as a medium for any warranty claims or repairs during the standard warranty periods on all items purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for wrong/poor selection or if you change of mind.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, refund any item or any order for any reason, and refuse to process any and/or all orders to any one business or person for any reason. Refunds of refused order are given promptly.

Price Matching Policy

DJ Headquarters guarantees that when you purchase from us, you will always pay the lowest price. If you find a lower advertised price on any product from any Authorised Australian Dealers, contact us with the details and we will match it.

Please note: We will not match prices from stores outside of Australia. The guarantee excludes blowouts, 'loss leaders', ebay or trading post items, discontinued items, factory seconds, special sales, ex-floor/demo stock and any product advertised by an advertiser without having the product in stock. The prices quoted must be for new and factory packaged items and must be verifiable via print, web or quotes provided by Authorised Australian Dealers.
